Jennifer Lawrence is so #relatable.
Katniss Everdeen got candid about her dating life (or lack thereof) at the premiere of her new documentary "A Beautiful Planet." And no, it's not about a world where "Serena" never existed.
In an interview with Extra, host A.J. Calloway shoots straight with Lawrence about her her relationship status, but ends up eliciting a surprising confession from the "Joy" actress.
"What dating life?" Lawrence said, insisting that she was not joking about being single. "It's really sad. I haven't felt the touch of a man in ..." she continued, before both burst out in laughter.
The 25-year-old might be riding solo for now, but previously dated "X-Men" co-star Nicholas Hoult on and off from 2011 to January 2013. She was also linked to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, but the two reportedly split last summer.
These days, Lawrence spends most of her time with friend Amy Schumer. The duo have co-written a screenplay, in which Schumer plays it straight as a by-the-books flight attendant to Lawrence's "mess" of a character, according to Entertainment Tonight.
But their sense of humor isn't the only thing driving Schumer and Lawrence together. The Oscar winner also shared how they both strive to upend Hollywood's ridiculous beauty standards.
“We both just get together and we're like, ‘Gosh, man, shoving food in our faces, wouldn’t it be nice if we could just live like this and not have to read comments?'” she told Extra. “It’s one of those frustrating conversations that happens around bodies.”
"There's so many different ways to be beautiful," she continued. "I think with Amy and I, [we] are always laughing about this, like everybody always talks about us like, 'Oh, my God. Look, plus-size actresses!' Our idea of what is curvy is, like, so bizarre."
