Kesha is letting her fans know that their support hasn't gone unnoticed.

In her first public statement amid her legal battle with Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald, her former producer, the "We R Who We R" singer took to Instagram to share a message of gratitude.

"I am beyond words in gratitude. thank you is not enough but it is all I have," the 28-year-old wrote alongside a sunlit selfie. "The support I have received has left my face swollen from tears. I love you all so much."

The "Blow" singer also added that "a statement too large for this format is coming."

The Instagram post marks the first time Kesha has spoken out since her day in court last week, when a New York judge denied her request to be released from her contract with Sony (her record label) and Gottwald despite her sexual assault allegations against him.

The singer has received plenty of support from fans and fellow celebrities, including Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift, who recently donated $250,000 to Kesha to help with financial needs.

Gottwald has also spoken out since the court date, writing on Twitter that he "didn't rape Kesha" and has never had sex with her.
