Lamar Odom Did Cocaine Before He Collapsed At Brothel: Sheriff

The former NBA star's days-long bender also included 10 sexual performance-enhancing supplements.

Former NBA star Lamar Odom was on a days-long bender before he fell unconscious at a brothel on Tuesday afternoon, authorities said Wednesday.

Nye County Sheriff Sharon Wehrly released the 911 call that sent authorities to Dennis Hof's Love Ranch South in Nevada, where Odom had collapsed. She said Love Ranch employees confirmed that Odom had taken at least 10 sexual performance-enhancing herbal supplements over a three-day period at the brothel, and that he'd taken cocaine on Saturday. It wasn't immediately clear if he was on cocaine when he collapsed.

Odom, 35, was reportedly fighting for his life Tuesday and had yet to regain consciousness. It wasn't clear what his condition was Wednesday. Hof, the owner of the brothel, told NBC News that Odom had "terrible foaming stuff coming out of him" and was throwing up blood.

Wehrly said Wednesday the brothel may come under investigation and lose its license if it's found to be involved in "wrongdoing."

Odom was suspended twice by the NBA for drug-related problems, the Los Angeles Times reported. In 2013, he was arrested on DUI charges, and entered rehab. He later pleaded no contest, and spent three years on probation and three months in alcohol treatment.
