Penny Wong has done nothing to smooth over her frosty relationship with Treasurer Joe Hockey -- delivering another scorching burn on Twitter.

The Labor Senator for South Australia set the internet giggling last week when she snubbed the Federal Treasurer in the hallway.

But she's stepped it up a notch this week, suggesting Hockey needs a cuddle.

Ouch.
