How To Forage Food From The Ocean

How To Forage Food From Your Local Beach

Foraged is a web series hosted by popular Sydney Chef, Jovan Curic.

Curic visits Aussie foodies who know how to make the best of our natural and freely available produce.

In this episode, two young-gun chefs, Elijah Holland and Bojan Grdanovic, take you to Sydney's Mona Vale where they regularly forage for grub from the ocean.

Watch as they turn fish, flowers and sea lettuce into a meal worthy of serving in a five-star restaurant.

"When you find something that's just naturally grown from a seed, who knows how long ago, it's just a score, it's like a little treasure mine," Elijah says.
