Having A Hard Day? This Surf Film Will Make You Feel Better

There's something about watching people surf.

The connection between nature and the serene movements of the surfer, it can help you totally float away.

Like in this film, aptly named Light Therapy .

Shot around Australia and New Zealand using only the available light at dusk and dawn, it's a stunning video capturing some unnamed landscapes and surf spots.

Created by L.A based Aussie director Riley Blakeway for the 2015 REDirect surf film festival, it was filmed over a month and features surfers Chippa Wilson, Dion Agius and Nate Tyler.

But a warning, if you watch this at work you may drift off to sleep at the desk. It's makes for peaceful viewing.
