The Cook Islands could certainly be named as a holiday favourite for Aussies, with around 17,000 of us making our way to the Polynesian Islands each year.
It's popularity is also rising with tourists elsewhere with the idyllic beaches seeing a steady increase in visitors overall for 2015, according to the Government of Cook Islands.
Sitting about 7,000km off Australia's east coast Rarotonga, captured in this video, is the largest of the 15 individual islands.
Surrounded by a 100m lagoon, coral inlets and clear blue water, it makes for beautiful viewing from the sky.
This place is paradise.
In this video you glide around the volcanic island of Rarotonga and envy the holidaymakers paddle boarding and swimming in the clear waters.
Even though it looks like something created by a Government tourist agency, this was shot by YouTuber 'arghone' using drone DJI Inspire, and he appears to be an amateur shooter.
