Move over margaritas, espresso martinis are the most popular cocktail of the moment.

So much classier than a vodka Redbull, the caffeine cocktail is the perfect pick-me up. Though, at about $20 a pop in bars and clubs, you might want to try making some at home, instead.

We've got a great recipe from a very good source -- Kurtis Bosley, Head Barman at The Collaroy and winner of the AHA Bartender of the Year award 2015 -- so you can bet it's a winner.

  • 45ml Vanilla Infused Vodka
  • 15ml Ketel One Vodka
  • 15ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 45ml Freshly Made Coffee

  • Measure out all ingredients into one shaker
  • Add ice, then shake hard and strain into a martini glass. It's that easy

Chuck a coffee bean on top if you're feelin' extra fancy.
