Luxury Italian label Dolce And Gabbana are set to launch their first line of hijabs later in the year, with one half of the design duo Stefano Gabbana revealing the pieces on his Instagram account on Tuesday night.

While the label is yet to debut them on their official account, Gabbana showed off the forthcoming designs that appear to be in a neutral palette of black, cream and a range of florals.

Called The Abaya Collection, Dolce and Gabbana have identified a gap in the market of what is a very large part of the world's population -- over 23 percent are of Islamic faith.
