Americans Are Googling 'How To Move To Canada' After Trump's Super Tuesday Wins

When you're an American staring dejectedly into a future in which Donald Trump is a viable candidate for president there's only one thing for it.

Move to Canada.

Google searches for advice on this costly yet ever more necessary venture spiked dramatically after Trump's victories on Super Tuesday.

The unpredictable billionaire businessman and reality TV star who began his campaign as a fringe candidate, won seven of the 10 states up for grabs - Georgia, Alabama, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Virginia, Arkansas and Vermont.

Infamous for his calls to build a wall across the Mexican border to keep immigrants out, Trump may now have to consider building another in the north to keep emigrants in.

In the past week Trump failed to distance himself from the Klu Klux Klan, was mocked for having bad make-up and small hands by one of his main GOP rivals and drove a sitting Republican Senator to publicly contemplate quitting the party in protest at his candidacy.

Can't blame them really

Texas senator Ted Cruz won his home state as well as Oklahoma while Florida Senator Marco Rubio picked up his first victory of the campaign in Minnesota.

Cruz, Rubio and other anti-Trump Republicans are likely pinning their hopes on wrestling the nomination away from him at the Republican National Convention in July.

The floppy-haired conduit for xenophobia gained a UK supporter on Wednesday morning.

Apparently he is a "warm" man who as one of the world's best deal makers would be ideally placed to negotiate with president Putin if elected president, according to Piers Morgan.

Morgan told BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Wednesday morning the frontrunner in the Republican nomination race was nowhere near as extreme as his campaign rhetoric and "knows exactly what he is doing".

"Trump, whether you love him or hate him, is one of the great deal makers in the world. If he was in charge of the White House, at the very least I would pay good money to see him in a room with Vladimir Putin striking a deal," he said.
