One week after Telstra's chief executive made a heartfelt apology for a service outage that meant half of its users couldn't make calls, services reportedly dropped out again today.
On the telecommunications service's Twitter account, a Telstra spokesperson was investigating
irate Tweets reports of outages.
Mainly affecting VIC and TAS with some impact elsewhere. We're investigating as a priority.— Telstra (@Telstra) March 22, 2016
Caught up in the outages is former 'Bachelor' star Tim Robards, who said his small business was being affected.
Seriously @Telstra what is going on!! I have businesses to run and my old morse code system isn't working either!😜👊🏻— Tim Robards Official (@MrTimRobards) March 22, 2016
Radio host Smallzy also had an all-caps spray.
.@Telstra I'd ask someone to call me.. BUT I CANT MAKE CALLS.. 2nd time in a week!— Smallzy (@Smallzy) March 22, 2016
And there's plenty more where that came from.

Not able to make or receive calls for the third time in a couple of weeks! @Telstra you are a joke!!— Amy Johnston (@ajbloodstock) March 22, 2016
About two hours later, Telstra jumped back in to say it had resolved the issue.
We can confirm we have resolved the issue. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.— Telstra (@Telstra) March 22, 2016
Last outage, Telstra repaid their customers by announcing Sunday, April 3 as a free day of data.
