Bill O'Reilly Asks Donald Trump About 'Ill-Educated' Black Voters With 'Tattoos On Their Foreheads'

"I hate to be generalized about it but it’s true."

Fox News host Bill O'Reilly wants to know how Donald Trump plans to appeal to "ill-educated" black voters with forehead tattoos.

Speaking on "The O'Reilly Factor" on Monday night, O'Reilly noted that Trump wasn't doing well with minority voters -- a notion backed by polls, but one the GOP frontrunner disputed.

Trump claimed he would "do fantastic with African-Americans and with Hispanics" by promising to bring jobs back to the U.S.

"China has the jobs. Mexico has the jobs. Japan has the jobs. Everybody has the jobs -- we don't have the jobs," Trump said. "The jobs have been taken out of the United States like we're a bunch of babies."

Then O'Reilly pressed Trump on how he could promise jobs for black voters.

"How are you going to get jobs for them?" O'Reilly asked. "Many of them are ill-educated and have tattoos on their foreheads, and I hate to be generalized about it but it’s true, if you look at all the educational statistics, how are you going to give jobs to people who aren’t qualified for jobs?"

Trump reiterated his promise to bring back jobs, but O'Reilly said some voters don't have the skills to work.

"It's more challenging for a poor child in Harlem without parental guidance in a school that's falling apart than it is for some white kid out in Garden City," O'Reilly said, referring to a wealthy community on Long Island. "And you say you can bring jobs back, but if the kid isn't qualified to do the job and can't do the work you gotta get into the infrastructure of the African-American community. Do you have any plan to do that?"

Editor's note: Donald Trump regularly incites political violence and is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist and birther who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims -- 1.6 billion members of an entire religion -- from entering the U.S.
