Cannes amfAR Gala 2016: Helen Mirren Makes A Statement in Sheer Temperley London Gown

Age ain't nothin' but a number!

Once again, Helen Mirren has confirmed her queen status, this time in the South of France.

The 70-year-old Academy Award-winning actress attended the 23rd annual star-studded amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala on Thursday evening at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, and like always, she proved she is a veteran when it comes to red carpet glamour.

For the event, which was part of the 2016 Cannes Film Festival, Mirren donned a sheer Temperley London gown that featured dazzling embellished overlay. The detailed frock, with its 3D elements and low-plunging neckline, consisted of a full skirt and sheer long-sleeves that allowed the Dame to shine.

As for her beauty look, Helen sported a bold crimson lip, blushed cheek and subtle smoky eye, while her icy blond locks were styled to perfection.

On Wednesday, Mirren drastically switched up her look with a slicked-back hairdo for the premiere of Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne's "The Unknown Girl." Donning a black and blue lace gown with embellished details, the Dame made news taking a tumble on the red carpet but, obviously, recovered beautifully.

Whatever she does, she looks flawless. Bow down!
