Emma Watson Makes A Brief Appearance In 'Beauty And The Beast' Teaser

"Look, a girl!"
Disney

Emma Watson makes a small cameo in the first official look at Disney's upcoming movie "Beauty and the Beast."

The trailer for the live-action retelling of the classic fairy tale was revealed Monday morning on "Good Morning America," but you'll have to wait until March 17, 2017, to see the movie in theaters.

"I’m finally able to tell you ... that I will be playing Belle in Disney’s new live-action 'Beauty and the Beast'!" Watson wrote in a Facebook post after her casting was announced in January 2015. "It was such a big part of my growing up, it almost feels surreal that I’ll get to dance to ‘Be Our Guest’ and sing ‘Something There.' My 6-year-old self is on the ceiling -- heart bursting. Time to start some singing lessons. I can’t wait for you to see it."

Below is a photo of Watson with the rest of the cast, which includes Josh Gad as Le Fou, Dan Stevens as Beast, Luke Evans as Gaston and Kevin Kline as Belle’s father, Maurice.

Ian McKellen, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Stanley Tucci and Emma Thompson are also attached to the film, which is directed by Bill Condon.

Can't wait for you to be our guest.
