In the Udaya video above, yoga instructor Vytas Baskauskas shares a few simple standing postures that will help you undo the damage of sitting and slumping all day. The moves are designed to release back and leg tightness. If you're a beginner, they're also the perfect way to teach yourself the basics of a yoga practice.
