Girls Stars Lena Dunham, Jemima Kirke Pose For Unretouched Lingerie Campaign

Girls, just being themselves.

Girls stars Lena Dunham and Jemima Kirke have channeled the show's unfiltered approach to story telling with a stunning new lingerie campaign.

Joining forces with New Zealand-based brand Lonely, Dunham and Kirke have been pictured rocking the undergarments while hanging around the house -- much like you'd imagine their characters doing in Girls.

The campaign is a fantastic fit for Dunham, whose powerful and unflinching celebration of women's bodies and sexuality is an enduring theme of the series. Dunham and Kirke appear natural, relaxed and are completely unretouched by Photoshop.

Says Lonely of the project:

"Each of the women who participate in this project is empowered because they are not objectified; they are part of a conversation that disrupts paradigms around the way lingerie is typically presented. Giving a glimpse into their worlds, we hope, amplifies this conversation and makes us all feel a little more liberated and comfortable in our own underwear."

Check out the pictures below. It could easily be a couple of scenes from the Season 6 opener.
