Australia has snared more gold at the Rio Paralympics, with David Nicholas taking out the C3 300m individual pursuit cycling and Brenden Hall winning the 400m freestyle S9.
The wins come as the Aussie team claimed another four bronze medals on day 2 of the games.
Para-cyclist Jessica Gallagher snared third place in the 1km time trial, Chad Perris took out bronze in his T13 100m Paralympic debut, Clare Keefer sealed bronze in the F 41 shot put and Tiffany Thomas Kane was third in the S6 50m butterfly.
Australia's first gold medallist at the Rio Paralympics was swimmer Lakeisha Patterson who took out the women's 400-metres freestyle (S8 category).
Patterson,17, notched a world record in the event, blitzing the field to win the final in 4:40.33, a good few seconds in front of the silver medallist.
