Fake Police Car Is Pulled Over By A Real Police Car In Perth

Well, that's awkward.

A Perth woman appears to have crossed police lines on Tuesday, after making a few adjustments to her white Hyundai with the help of a blue marker.

We don't know whether it was the uncoloured letters or missing checks, but WA Police caught the woman and didn't seem to appreciate her creativity.

Anna-Marie Gibbs caught authorities pulling the woman over around midday near Elizabeth Quay in Perth's city centre and couldn't resist sharing the photo with the world.

"She was stopped already when I came down out of my office," Gibbs told WA Today.

Just missing a few coloured in letters, and a number plate.

"They were there for quite a while, they were arresting her and searching the car and everything."

While authorities didn't appear to see the humour in the incident (which the missing number plate may have something to do with), the internet has gone into full-blown appreciation mode.
