Family Creates Spider Nursery In Yet Another Aussie 'Nope' Moment

Nope. Nope, nope, nope.

Just when you thought it absolutely could not get worse after footage emerged of a huntsman dragging a mouse up a fridge.

An Aussie family has filmed the arrival of hundreds of baby huntsmen after a mumma spider got comfortable in their letter-box in October.

Natasha Joyce said on YouTube that she found the spider and her "newly" made egg sac six weeks earlier. In a somewhat unconventional move, some her kid's friends built a 'nursery' in anticipation of the eight legged newborns.

"It was a long gestation period, as this species usually hatch within 2-3 weeks, but the weather has been odd lately. Anyway, we were delighted to find today that they were all safely arrived, ready to be eaten by each other and other predators," Natasha Joyce said on her YouTube channel.

"Congratulations Hortense the Huntsman Protector of the Post!"
