Thirty years of moments.

It has been a big few days for Crowded House, adding to a year that has been all about reuniting and recreating history.

On Wednesday night, the legendary band founded by Neil Finn, his late former band mate Paul Hester and Nick Seymour were inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame, thirty years since they first came together.

The accolade kicked off four live shows that revisited the band's famous 1996 'Farewell To The World' tour on the Sydney Opera House steps.

And with their glorious musical craftmanship more alive than ever, the Encore concerts are well and truly underway.

"It's truly been a transformative night for me tonight," Neil Finn told the crowd at their Thursday night premiere.

"You complete me. Crowded House loves you and we can feel your love."

Corner Hotel, Melbourne (1996)

A crowded house of a different kind. In the lead up to their 1996 farewell tour, the band played two warm up shows in front an intimate crowd at Richmond's Corner Hotel in Melbourne. Here's 'Weather With You', taken down a few notches.

Live Earth, Sydney (2007)

In 2007, the band came together to perform at Sydney's charity event 'Live Earth'. Capping off their set with an encore of hit 'Better Be Home Soon', the crowd was beyond electric. If you're unconvinced about the power of live music, this should help.

Don't dream it's over.
