Adrien Brody Drives Festive Express In Wes Anderson's H&M Holiday 2016 Ad

And it stars Adrien Brody.

H&M has pulled out all the stops for its holiday 2016 campaign, signing up a star actor and director for the occasion.

The clothing giant's seasonal campaign stars Adrien Brody ("The Pianist," "Midnight in Paris," "The Grand Budapest Hotel") and is directed by Wes Anderson ("Rushmore," "The Darjeeling Limited," "The Grand Budapest Hotel").

The video, which is almost four minutes long, sees Adrien Brody star as a train driver, trying to get his passengers home in time to enjoy seasonal celebrations with their loved ones. While the snowy scenery ensures a magical Christmas feel, it also leads the driver and his passengers to change their plans at the last minute.

"The winter train ride, under Wes Anderson's direction, is the perfect setting for H&M's holiday collection full of relaxed, wearable elegance. It's about mixing the informal with a sense of occasion, capturing the holiday mood for both dressing up and getting cosy with loved ones," explains Pernilla Wohlfahrt, head of design and creative director at H&M.

"This story may resonate more than ever at a time in the world where we could all do with giving a stranger a hug," adds Adrien Brody.

Although H&M puts out a festive campaign each holiday season, its offerings are always very different from one year to the next. Adrien Brody's holiday train ride follows Katy Perry starring as a fairy in a fantastical and humor-filled film for holiday 2015.
