Forget zombies. Alanna Masterson is going after trolls.

Whatever your opinion on the last episode of ā€œThe Walking Deadā€ ā€” whether youā€™re like GQ and thought it was the ā€œbest episode of the seasonā€ or more like others, who maybe didnā€™t ā€” letā€™s just keep our thoughts and criticism to the show. Personal attacks on the actors and producers are way over the line, and for anyone who forgot about that, Masterson, who plays Tara on the show, is here to remind you.

As Comicbook.com notes, Masterson gave birth to her daughter, Marlowe, just before filming began on the new season. Like many mothers out there, she went right back to work.

But that apparently didnā€™t sit well with some.

Rather than talk about the show, some people actually started making comments about Mastersonā€™s weight. They just probably didnā€™t expect the new mom to say something back:

ā€œGrow the fuck up,ā€ wrote Masterson in a powerful Instagram post to the ā€œtrolls, body shamers, and the men and womanā€ who thought it was OK to comment on her weight. The actress posted the message along with a picture of her daughter.

In the post, Masterson wrote, ā€œMaybe you canā€™t get it through your thick fucking skull, but nursing a baby for a year (and pumping in a van between takes, in the dead of summer in Georgia) is a lot of work, determination, and scheduling. So before you decide to make a comment about my chest being ā€˜too largeā€™ or how ā€˜fatā€™ Iā€™ve become, just know that this little girl got the best start to life.ā€

She added that during that time she was also doing her own stunts.

ā€œI would LOVE to see any man or woman give birth to a baby, nurse the baby, and then work 17 hour days and NAIL their own stunts,ā€ said Masterson before ending the post, ā€œP.s.s. Be kind to each other. We need it now more than ever.ā€

Read the full post below. And like Masterson says, be kind to each other.

Dear Instagram trolls, body shamers, and the men and woman who think itā€™s ok to comment on my weight: I hope that you donā€™t have children. And if you do, I hope you teach them about kindness and acceptance. I hope they learn that it isnā€™t ok to make fun of people or call people names. I hope one day YOU learn what it takes to be a parent. A kind, selfless parent. A working parent. A parent that puts themselves in someone elseā€™s shoes. Maybe you canā€™t get it through your thick fucking skull, but nursing a baby for a year (and pumping in a van between takes, in the dead of summer in Georgia) is a lot of work, determination, and scheduling. So before you decide to make a comment about my chest being ā€œtoo largeā€ or how ā€œfatā€ Iā€™ve become, just know that this little girl got the best start to life. I wouldnā€™t have changed it for a second. I wouldā€™ve gladly continued to eat enough calories to produce milk for her little bones to grow. Also, grow the fuck up. Your mother should be ashamed for raising such a judgmental bully. Iā€™m sure she knows how ā€œcourageousā€ you must be for trolling and hiding behind your Iphone and computers. P.s. I would LOVE to see any man or woman give birth to a baby, nurse the baby, and then work 17 hour days and NAIL their own stunts. P.s.s. Be kind to each other. We need it now more than ever. ā¤ļøāœŒšŸ¼ļø
