Somehow A Dancing Kristen Stewart Isn't Painfully Awkward In New Rolling Stones Music Video

The Rolling Stones

Kristen Stewart has played many roles throughout her career (mumbling Snow White, vampire-obsessed teen, panic room survivor, etc.), but her new one might be the best fit yet: A Rolling Stones music video star.

“Ride ‘Em On Down,” a cover of Eddie Taylor’s 1955 track, is the latest single off the legendary rock group’s recently released blues cover album, “Blue & Lonesome,” and features the “Twilight” star in all her glory.

The music video follows Stewart riding around solo in a vintage blue Mustang in what looks like a post-apocalyptic Los Angeles. Beholden to no one ― not even some seriously creepy dude who asks her for gas ― Stewart dances and drives her way through the city and, TWIST, it’s not painfully awkward.

Also, zebras!
