Watch This Spider Destroy A Lizard On A Living Room Window

NEVER. SLEEPING. AGAIN.

A massive huntsman spider has been caught with a lizard hanging out its mouth outside a couple's window on the Sunshine Coast and it's bloody TERRIFYING.

Melanie Jade Ottaway, posted the horrendous pictures of the huntsman catching its prey with the caption "anyone hungry for some lunch?" to her Facebook on Tuesday.

The image was snapped in Beerwah, Queensland when Ottaway and her partner sat down for a meal on Sunday night, the Daily Mail reports.

Although Huntsman spiders look absolutely terrifying, they are actually relatively harmless to humans and great at catching cockroaches and other annoying household pests.

"As with most spiders, they do possess venom, and a bite may cause some ill effects. However, they are quite reluctant to bite, and will usually try to run away rather than be aggressive," The Australian Museum explains.
