A Look At The Health Benefits Of Both Tea And Coffee

Fun fact: after water, coffee is the highest consumed liquid in the world. Why? Because it's bloody delicious. But more than that -- caffeine actually has a plethora of health benefits.

In fact, coffee has been proven to reduce migraines by constricting blood vessels in the brain. 75 mg of caffeine, which is about how much there is on one cup, can vastly improve alertness and focus.

And good 'ole tea is good for you, too. Green tea in particular contains a psychoactive amino acid called 'theanine' which has been connected to enhanced cognitive performance.
