Are You An Introvert? This Video Explains Why

It comes down to the biological makeup of your brain.

Why some people are introverts and others extroverts has long been studied.

Introverts are thought to be shy people who can be sensitive to stimulation, be it noise, people, or even lights. It is also believed that introverts are people who lose energy during social interaction, while extroverts gain energy from being with others. Extroverts are also said to be louder, more outgoing, and enjoy the company of others.

Though, why is it that some people are one way, while others are the opposite? Is it a matter of nature, or nurture? The above video explains the interesting reason for introversion.
