Selena Gomez has a new man and new music to boot.
The “Same Old Love” singer took a much-deserved break from the spotlight last year, spending 90 days in rehab to deal with anxiety and depression. Now, Gomez is getting back to her creative roots.
Last week, Gomez teased a new track on her Instagram story, which fans believed was her highly anticipated collaboration with Kygo, “It Ain’t Me.”
Well, Kygo basically confirmed the fans’ theory in an Instagram post Thursday. The Norwegian DJ shared a short clip of the exact same track, which features stunning vocals from Gomez.
The 20-second clip is breezy and tropical, fitting with Kygo’s tropical house style. It’s just the dose of summer we needed in the depths of winter.
No word yet on when the full song will drop, but we’re hopeful these teasers mean it’s coming soon. Getting through six more weeks of winter would be much easier with a steamy Selena track.
