If you've ever wondered how Tim Tam biscuits are made, take a look inside the Arnott's bakery, where hundreds of millions of Tim Tams are baked and packed each year.
Launched in 1964, Tim Tams were actually named after the horse that won the Kentucky Derby in 1958.
Since then, Arnott's have sold a lot of Tim Tam biscuits. In fact, in 2016 alone Arnott's sold 500 million packs of Tim Tams -- that's only HALF a BILLION Tim Tams.
To create the iconic biscuit, Arnott's use three kinds of chocolate and, on average, the Arnott's bakery in Huntingwood uses around 20 tonnes of chocolate in 24 hours.
The Tim Tam process takes around two hours -- from mixing to the packaging -- and the biscuits are produced at around 3,000 biscuits per minute.
