According to Variety, Jon Favreau's number-one pick for the voice of Nala in his upcoming "Lion King" remake is none other than the Queen of the Universe: Beyoncé.

There hasn't been much news on the film since Donald Glover was announced as taking up the role of Simba, and the original Mufasa, James Earl Jones, reprising his role. But now the rumour mill is in full swing with the idea that Disney will do anything to score Queen Bey's voice.

That being said, Beyoncé has not confirmed or denied anything as she's currently pregnant with twins which resulted in her pulling out of the Cochella music festival, but the studio has reportedly said they'll cater to any needs

Beyoncé has voice-acted once before with 2013's "Epic", and is no stranger to the screen after roles in films like "Dreamgirls", "Cadillack Records", "Obsessed" and "Austin Powers in Goldmember". Classics.
