Take cooking a pot of pasta for example. You just chuck it in and it basically cooks itself, right? Not exactly. The size of your pot matters because if it is too small it won't cook properly and will likely stick together. Make sure you use the biggest pot you have, and stir the past as soon as it's put into the water.
