Ben And Jerry's Is Giving Out Free Ice Cream Today

More than 1 million scoops are expected to be given away around the world.

Very important ice cream news: Ben and Jerry's is giving out ice cream today for their annual Free Cone Day to celebrate turning another year older.

Yes, you can get free ice cream all around Australia. Yes, there will be lines. And yes, it will make Tuesday way more sweet.

A lot of ice cream is up for grabs. In fact, in 2016 Ben and Jerry's handed out more than 103,000 scoops across the country and over 1 million scoops worldwide.

There will be close to 30 of Ben and Jerry's famous flavours to choose from -- from Coconut Seven Layer Bar, Coffee Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz, Triple Caramel Chunk to New York Super Fudge Chunk.

But if last year's stats are anything to go by, the two most popular flavours will be Tonight Dough (caramel and chocolate ice cream with chocolate cookie swirls, gobs of chocolate chip cookie dough and peanut butter cookie dough) and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (vanilla ice cream with chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolatey chips).
