Jess Bush: The Next Generation Of Australian Artist

Things are looking good for the future of the Aussie art scene.

Interview and video by Emily Verdouw.

Jess Bush is a new generation of Australian artist, self-taught and extraordinarily talented. Her studio sits within Sydney's infamous Hibernian House, a somewhat derelict building existing almost exclusively for creatives. 2017 has already been a successful year for the young artist, after returning from New York where she was commissioned to paint two murals, her latest piece 'Back To Bendigo - A portrait of Jack Charles' was selected for NSW's second biggest art prize — the 2017 Muswellbrook Art Prize.
