Australian singer Isaiah Firebrace, who shot to fame after winning The X Factor last year, has made it through to this weekend's Eurovision finals in Ukraine.
The 17-year-old, from the town of Moama in southern NSW, performed his song 'Don't Come Easy' in the first semi-final of the contest on Wednesday morning Australian-time.
The young performer, whose first hit 'Gotta Be You' went Platinum in Sweden, is now one of 10 to snag a spot in the grand final.
Firebrace follows in the footsteps of Dami Im, who placed second last year, and Guy Sebastian, who placed fifth in 2015.
SBS will broadcast the grand final on Sunday at 5am -- we'll certainly be watching to see if he can take out the title (no pressure Isaiah).
Firebrace isn't the only Aussie to make an appearance in this year's competition however, with Denmark's contestant, Anja Nissen, raised on her parent's farm west of Sydney.
Nissen, who won 'The Voice' in 2014, will compete in the second semi-final night, which will be held Friday morning Australian-time.
