You're Old, And Hanson's Kids Are Starring In Their Music Videos Now

Alert: Hanson is low-key good again.

Actually, as family bands go, the trio has managed to consistently deliver solid (mmm) bops since the early ‘90s and now they’re ready to hand it off to a new generation aka their ridiculously adorable offspring.

As part of the 25th anniversary celebration of the band, brothers Isaac, Taylor and Zac Hanson have released a new single and music video for the track “I Was Born” off their upcoming greatest hits album, “Middle of Everywhere.”

Starring 11 of their 12 children, the black-and-white music video features the Hanson brood lip-syncing to the catchy single, as they try out various careers like being a doctor, ballerina, scientist and boxer.

“Featuring our own kids made sense because we knew they would share an honest performance,” Zac told People about the decision to include their children in the video. “We loved the fact that it added another dimension to the story of pursuing our dreams for the last 25 years.”

“From the earliest conversations about this song, we imagined kids featured in the video to elevate the song’s message of unbridled optimism for the future,” Taylor added.

Who knows what the future will bring for the Hanson kids, but clearly they were born to be rock stars, just like their dads.
