In Pictures: Chaos After London Attacks

Police confirmed at least six people were killed in twin attacks.

London police are searching for those responsible for two terror attacks at London Bridge and Borough Market.

Police have confirmed there are least six dead and 20 hospitalised after a van mowed into pedestrians on London Bridge, followed by multiple stabbings at Borough Market.

The Australian Government has condemned the "shocking" attacks and offered support, while Donald Trump has repeated his calls for a travel ban in the wake of the incidents.

Meanwhile Sam Dastyari has spoken of the chaos in London, where he was evacuated from a restaurant nearby the incident at Borough Market. His Senate colleague Pauline Hanson quickly used the attacks to reaffirm her political stance against Muslim immigration.
