Donald Trump asked a question during his announcement Thursday that he was pulling the United States out of the Paris climate accord.
“Star Trek” actor
George Takei had sharp answer.
Trump had painted a picture of a United States being mocked by the rest of the world for joining with them in the accord, agreed to by nearly 200 countries.
At what point do they start laughing at us as a country?” Trump asked.
Takei responded on Trump’s favorite platform, Twitter:
a contestant on Trump’s “Celebrity Apprentice,” has become one of the president’s loudest critics.
“I think every day of his tenure so far, and I think it’s going to be abbreviated,
has been a disaster,” he said in April. “One chaos after another disaster.”
