A bride-to-be has provided a description that reads like a script from 'The Bold and The Beautiful' detailing her reasons for selling the diamond engagement ring her fiance gave her.
The ring is described by eBay user laurwhitehurs_0 as an 18ct White Gold ring featuring a Marquise cut diamond that's a size J.
Size J you ask? Don't worry, she explains that it's for "JOKES I ALMOST MARRIED SOMEONE WHO BLATANTLY LOVES THE D, AND THAT'S OKAY IF THAT'S WHAT HE WANTS TO DO, TO EACH HIS OWN, BUT IT'S NOT WHAT I'M ABOUT AS I'M ONLY 27 AND I'D LOVE TO HAVE SEX AGAIN AT SOME POINT".
Wow. That's a lot to take in -- don't worry, we can wait while you gather your thoughts.
Long-story short, the bride-to-be claims that she found out her fiance had fallen for his mate Brad -- a guy she describes as "pretty buff" and with an amazing fashion sense.
Hilariously, she goes on to describe some of the early warning signs about her fiance's blossoming relationship with 'Brad' but contends she remained in denial...until now.
"So then your fiance starts not coming home at night because he and Brad had a 'wild one' and he comes back walking a little bit like John Wayne at 4pm the next day and you think 'Wow! It must have been a wild one since he wan't walk straight anymore'," she wrote.
"They must have had a lot of good, clean fun together.
"But then, whilst unpacking, you find a pair of bright pink stilettos in a size 11 and a long blonde wig and a dress in size Large and a pair of white stockings, all of which definitely are not yours but have been worn and you think, 'Okay, well it could be for Halloween', but it's March?"
The 27-year-old claims that she's now single but still living with her ex-fiance because they're "both too skint to move out". She says that she constantly finds herself staring at "a rock the size of Gibraltar" on her finger "wondering, 'How many other men have I turned?' whilst sharing a tub of ice cream with my dog and screaming 'WHY' at the ceiling."
It's not clear whether the ad is real or a hoax -- HuffPost Australia has tried to reach out to laurwhitehurs_0 but due to eBay's communication rules, we couldn't give her an e-mail or phone number to reach us on.
So far, there's only been one bid of $7,600.
