A 63-year-old truck driver has been charged over a fatal pile-up on the NSW south coast.
Police believe the man's B-double truck crossed onto the wrong side of the Hume Highway near Berrima and hit several vehicles, including a ute, on Saturday morning.

Authorities were called to the scene but an injured 23-year-old, who was trapped inside the ute, could not be saved.
A 24-year-old passenger in the smashed ute was rushed to hospital in a serious condition with several broken bones.
Police on Saturday charged the driver of the truck with offences including dangerous driving occasioning death, driving in a dangerous manner, and negligent driving occasioning death.
He will front Goulburn Local Court on Sunday.
The crash is the second horrific truck crash in the region this week. On Wednesday, a food truck crashed and burst into flames on the highway near Berrima.
That smash shut the Hume Highway after the truck hit a safety barrier on the Wingecarribee Bridge and was left hanging over the side of the bridge.
