I'm passionate about health and enjoy promoting a safe and sustainable healthy lifestyle with no fad diets or gimmicks, while encouraging people to take care of both their mental and physical health.

After being diagnosed with gluten intolerance a few years ago, I created my blog (Fit and Gluten-Free because I believe that being gluten-free doesn’t mean you have to miss out on eating great food and eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring. You can live a healthy lifestyle without cutting out everything you’ve ever loved to eat; everything in moderation is the best way to approach life.

Fit and Gluten-Free is about being happy and healthy, both mentally and physically.
