Performing Artist, Educator and Writer
Shyamla Eswaran is a Performing Artist, Educator and Writer with a Masters Degree in International Human Rights Law. She advocates for Cultural Diversity, Anti-Racism and Anti-Discrimination through the arts and working with children, having held roles at the Australian Human Rights Commission, Tracker Aboriginal rights magazine (NSW Aboriginal Land Council) and Barnardos Australia. Shyamla won the 2020 NSW Premier’s Multicultural Community Medal for her work through Bollykids and is the founder of Bindi Bosses and South Asians For First Nations.
