Dr Tracy Burrows is Senior Lecturer in the School of Health Sciences (Nutrition and Dietetics) at the University of Newcastle. An Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian with more than 10 years experience, Tracy has initiated investigation in to the area of food addiction.

Tracy has more than 80 peer-reviewed journal publications and is heavily involved in research studies regarding dietary validation and obesity treatment. 

With numerous studies under her belt, Tracy is working with an international team to uncover links between food addition, dietary intake and mental health outcomes.
