Amy Schumer posted the cover image for her soon-to-be-released first book, The Girl With the Lower Back Tattoo, on Twitter Saturday -- and it's everything we could've hoped for.
The 34-year-old "Inside Amy Schumer" star poses topless in the pic, as she looks over her shoulder with the slightest smile on her face. Her blond tresses are blown out Victoria's Secret-style, cascading down her back where, fittingly, the title is printed.
If we were judging this book by its cover, we think it's safe to say we already like it.
Plus, thanks to a statement on the comedian's website, we know that the book “will feature personal and observational stories from Schumer that range from the raunchy to the romantic, the heartfelt to the harrowing," and we are here for that.
It'll also be available as an audiobook, which Schumer herself reads. We’re already laughing just thinking about the “Trainwreck” star reciting the trials and tribulations of her life.
The Girl with the Lower Back Tattoo is set to hit bookstores on August 16, but is currently available for pre-order online at Barnes & Noble and Amazon. You'll probably want to add it to your cart ASAP.
