For those who did not watch Beyoncé's Saturday HBO special, "Lemonade," or listen to her recently dropped album of the same name, Becky with the good hair is mentioned in the song "Sorry" about a man who is unfaithful. The singer's latest album is rife with lyrics about infidelity, and many assumed Queen Bey was speaking about husband Jay Z.
On Saturday, Roy -- who was apparently in the middle of the Solange-Jay Z Met Gala fight in 2014 -- posted an Instagram Saturday with the caption “Good hair don’t care, but we will take good lighting, for selfies, or self truths, always. live in the light #nodramaqueens," essentially outing herself as Becky.
However, the Internet still somehow confused her with Ray, who was just trying to share her "Texas style slow cooked pulled beef chili Joes" recipe over the weekend. The Beyhive swarmed Ray's Instagram, leaving bee and lemon emojis, along with some contentious comments.
"I bet she would have if she could, I see what your doing posting that chili on instagram you homewrecker. 🐝🐝🐝," wrote one user.
"Don't forget the lemon zest beeyotch 🐝🐝🐝🍋🍋🍋," wrote another.
