The "Daily Show" host bared his feelings after the FBI determined that the Black NASCAR driver wasn't targeted by a hate crime.
Wallace is the only Black driver in the sport's top level and called for the Confederate flag to be banned from races earlier this month.
He said there are people who care about the flag "and it doesn't make them a racist."
