“It’s going to be a very hard thing to concede,” the president said in combative remarks between a bevy of falsehoods.
To pull off a historic election victory, Biden had to overcome an increasingly anti-democratic process.
Joe Biden is due to speak at 12 pm AEST on Saturday.
