A Fairfax Media investigation has found an illegal prostitution racket is operating out of a Sydney apartment building under the pretence it is a massage parlour.

It's alleged brothel madam Suki Wu is operating the racket, identical to one that was shut down 15 months ago at North Sydney.

"The mood inside this residential community has changed. Young families, with children, have to pass an illegal brothel to get in and out. A pimp loiters in our foyer every night to take clients down for sexual services," the residential complex's corporation chairman, Michael Heaney, told Fairfax Media.
