As Bert once said back in 1964, "Winds in the east, mist coming in, like somethin' is brewin' and bout to begin. Can't put me finger on what lies in store, but I fear what's to happen all happened before..."

And all this has happened before, with "Entertainment Weekly" revealing a first look at "Mary Poppins Returns", the highly anticipated sequel to everyone's favourite magical nanny.

Picking up 25 years after the events of the first movie, "Mary Poppins Returns" stars Emily Blunt as the titular Poppins, and she looks practically perfect in every way.

The film stars Blunt as Poppins alongside Lin-Manuel Miranda as a lamplighter named Jack, but also sees the return of Jane and Michael Banks as adults, this time played by Emily Mortimer and Ben Whishaw.

Michael, now all grown up, has three children of his own and, under the care of Mary, the family undergoes a journey of finding joy in a London struggling through the Depression.

The film's cast is enormous, with supporting roles played by Julie Walters, Meryl Streep, Colin Firth, Angela Lansbury and even a cameo from Bert himself, Dick Van Dyke. Sadly there's been no word on if Julie Andrews will somehow make an appearance for the role that won her the Oscar in 1965.

"Mary Poppins Returns" is set to float into cinemas just in time for Christmas 2018, and we can't wait.
